Decides that on 27 September 2015, is on car-free in Paris. All vehicles will be prevented from walking in the streets of Paris except for bicycles. The goal of the experience is that people try to live in a large city such as Paris without traffic jams, and enjoy cyclists, and tourists in the city without the noise, congestion or pollution. Also today will be a message against pollution and to promote the use of alternative means.
