Not too late - Ms. German ( Ingeborg zulm-rapoport ) recently obtained a doctorate degree aged 102 years, from the University of Hamburg. Completed (rapoport) letter since 77 years, but they have been deprived of oral testing because of racist laws at that time. When the current president of the College of Medicine of the University of Hamburg (oi-Koch-jermos ) is its story, tested and completed the oral proceedings to obtain the doctorate to become the largest person to receive such a degree
